Product Characteristics

The first working process of a refrigerated air dryer starts with the intake of high-temperature, high-humidity compressed air generated by an air compressor. This wet compressed air first enters the dryer's air inlet port and flows directly into the pre-filter component, which is equipped with a high-density filter element. The pre-filter's main task is to remove large solid impurities such as dust, metal chips, rust particles, and oil mist droplets with larger diameters from the compressed air, preventing these contaminants from entering the subsequent refrigeration system and heat exchanger channels, which could cause blockages, corrosion, or reduced heat exchange efficiency. After passing through the pre-filter, the initially purified wet air continues to move forward along the air pipeline, preparing to enter the pre-cooling heat exchange stage, and this step ensures that the follow-up core refrigeration and dehumidification modules can operate in a clean air environment, extending the service life of key components and stabilizing the overall dehumidification effect of the dryer.

 

Working Principle

The amount of water vapor in the compressed air is determined by the temperature of the compressed air: under the condition that the pressure of the compressed air is basically unchanged, reducing the temperature of the compressed air can reduce the content of water vapor in the compressed air, and the excess water vapor will condense into liquid.
