1. Technical Communication & Customer Training Preparation

We maintain long-term technical communication with customer to answer all questions about dryer performance, operation, maintenance, fault handling and service life. We provide product samples, parameter sheets, operation videos and reference cases. We can also arrange customer to visit our factory or on-site application cases. Before delivery, we provide basic operation knowledge and help customer prepare installation environment, power supply and air pipeline.

2. Order Follow-Up & Production Control

Once order is confirmed, we assign special sales and technical personnel to follow up the whole process. We control production schedule, inspect material quality and test machine performance. We timely feedback production progress, delivery date and packaging situation to customer. We strictly check appearance, size, pipeline connection, electric control system and safety devices to ensure every dryer meets design standard and customer's requirement.

3. Safe Delivery & On-Site Guidance

We arrange safe and reliable transportation and take proper packaging protection to avoid damage during delivery. After the dryer arrives at customer's site, we provide on-site receiving guidance, unpacking inspection and goods confirmation. We check appearance, accessories, documents and parts list together with customer. If any damage or missing parts found, we take immediate responsibility and provide replacement as soon as possible.
