Working principle


The blower is used to extract the ambient air, which is heated to regenerate the desiccant in the adsorption tower, so as to avoid the gas consumption loss of the slightly heated regenerative adsorption dryer in the heating stage. In the cold blowing stage, the blower is used for internal circulation, and the gas is cooled after aftercooling. At the same time, because the air blast heat adsorption dryer does not consume gas during heating regeneration, it saves energy to a greater extent.

Work principle


The wet compressed air enters into the bottom of tower a from the air inlet of butterfly valve 1,through the diffuser, the compressed air evenly enters into tower A, after passing through the drying bed, the moisture is absorbed and the pressure dew point is reduced to - 40 ℃. The dry compressed air flows out from the top of tower A and enters into the compressed air use point through one-way valve C1. When tower A is in adsorption stage,at the same time, the adsorbent is regenerated by tower B. At this time, the water content of adsorbent in Tower B is saturated, and the pressure in tower B is reduced to an atmospheric pressure through pressure -relief- valve 9 and muffler OS. After depressurization, the blower BL is started and introduced into the atmosphere, which is heated by the heater EH to regenerate the adsorbent in tower B. At this time, the temperature of air is heated to 120~180℃. Then the heated air enter into the tower B, when it flows through the adsorbent bed, water is released from the adsorbent surface to enter the air. The hot regeneration gas is discharged into the atmosphere through exhaust- valve 4 .After the heating stage, the adsorbent is regenerated, but the temperature of the adsorbent is still very high. Before adsorption of compressed air, the temperature must be reduced to obtain the optimal adsorption effect. The equipment takes part of the product gas at the outlet of the dryer to cool blow tower B. Then it enters into standby mode and equalizes with tower A. then the two towers absorb at the same time for a period of time, and finally the two towers automatically switch to the next cycle.

Operation process


1. Pre-start checking

1) Firstly, please check whether the equipment external is impaired or not, and check whether the configuration is all in readiness or not. About the equipment installation, and check whether the equipment is installed vertically.

2) According to the electrical principle diagram, please check the wiring of the equipment is proper and tight or not.

3) Please check the connections of air pipes and valves are proper and tight or not; check the setting value of the relief valve is normal or not.(The rated setting value for pneumatic butterfly valve is 0.5Mpa to 0.6Mpa.)

4) Please check whether the connections of inlet and outlet air pipes are proper or not. If there are equipped with filters, please check whether the connections of pre & After Filters are proper or not, too.

2. Pre-start preparation

1) It is the line hole that you can put the power supply wire through to the connector plug. Please check the supply voltage is normal. Our country's unidirectional power supply is 220V/50HZ, three phase supply is 380V/220V/50HZ.

Notes:

The acceptable voltage fluctuation range: Long-term operation--the rated voltage±5%; Instantly allows operation--the rated voltage±10%; L1, L2, L3 each phase voltage imbalance allowed range ±2%The acceptable frequency fluctuation range--the rated frequency ±2%.

Normally, the parameters have already been set before delivery, so it isn't necessary for user to set it again.

The requirements of air blast heat on the transmitter are relatively high, mainly to adapt to changing working conditions.

It is only necessary to install a device capable of measuring the flow at the outlet of the dryer to monitor the flow in real time!


There are many air blowing heat sets with timing switch, which can not flexibly adjust the adsorption time at all.

The automatic adjustment of heating and cold blowing is also very important. It is probably not enough to understand the role of blowing heat. Some blowing heat dryers also set the heating and cold blowing time as a fixed time.


This is also a wrong practice!

When the ambient temperature and relative humidity change, the air inhaled by the blower will greatly affect the heating and cold blowing time! If a certain time is set, either regeneration is insufficient or excessive regeneration wastes energy.


How to solve the problem?

A temperature measuring device is set at the bottom of the regeneration tower. The heating temperature measuring device is placed at the bottom of the tower, because the heating is from top to bottom, and the temperature at the bottom rises the slowest.


The cold blowing temperature measuring device is placed on the top of the tower, because the cold blowing is from bottom to top, and the temperature in the upper part drops the slowest. In this way, regeneration can flexibly adjust the time according to the temperature, without being affected by the external environment, and achieve the best energy-saving effect!
