Heatless Desiccant Compressed Air Dryer (Heatless regenerative desiccant dryer) is a compressed air purification device that operates on the principle of selective adsorption. It uses adsorbent materials to preferentially capture moisture from compressed air, achieving effective drying. When the adsorbent becomes saturated over time, the system employs a dual-tower design to ensure continuous operation: While one tower actively dries the incoming air, the other undergoes a regeneration process. This regeneration phase utilizes a portion of the dried output air, depressurized to near atmospheric pressure, to purge moisture from the saturated adsorbent. The towers automatically switch roles at set intervals, enabling uninterrupted delivery of dry compressed air while maintaining the adsorbent's efficiency.

Selection process
● The pressure loss of the pre-filter in the system must be considered when choosing the correction factor CFP of inlet pressure of dryer.
● Select the air inlet temperature correction factor CFT.
● Selection calculation formula: selection treatment capacity = actual treatment capacity÷(CFPXCFT)
What equipment does the compressed air purification equipment include?
The dryer is mainly used to dry the moisture of compressed air. Its dryness is expressed by dew point. The lower the dew point, the better the drying effect. Generally, dryer types can be divided into freezing dryer and adsorption dryer. The pressure dew point of the freezing dryer is above 2 ℃, and the pressure dew point of the adsorption dryer is between - 20 ℃ and - 70 ℃. Customers can choose different types of dryers according to their requirements for the quality of compressed air. It is the most important equipment in the whole compressed air purification equipment.
The filter is mainly used to remove water, dust, oil and impurities. The water here refers to liquid water. The filter can only remove liquid water, not vapor water. The filter efficiency is determined by precision. The general accuracy is 3u, 1u, 0.1u, 0.01u. It is recommended to arrange the filter precision from large to small during installation.
The aftercooler is used to cool the compressed air and condense the purified water. This effect can be achieved by using a cold dryer or a cold dry filter.
The oil-water separator is used to separate and discharge cooling water drops, oil drops, impurities, etc; The coalescence principle separates the oil and water, the oil floats to the upper layer and is collected by the oil collector, and the water is discharged.
The air storage tank is used to store air and buffer, stabilize the pressure and remove most of the liquid water.
Compressed air purification equipment needs to be selected according to the working conditions, and some equipment may not even be installed. These aspects should actively refer to the opinions of the manufacturer, and should not be selected blindly.
