Overview of power plant

 

A power plant in Zhoushan, Zhejiang Province, is the first ultra-low emission million kilowatt thermal power plant in China, and also the first coal-fired integrated power plant linked with "offshore coal mines" in China.
The first phase of the project involves the construction of 2 × 1030MW supercritical coal-fired power generation units, which were officially put into operation in July and September 2014, respectively. The second phase of the project will be launched in January 2023, expanding 2 × 1000MW units and simultaneously constructing efficient flue gas desulfurization, denitrification, and dust removal devices. The project adopts the method of centralized air compression station in the factory, providing gas sources for instrument gas, maintenance gas, and pneumatic ash transportation gas throughout the factory. The air compression station is centrally arranged in the air compressor room, and the outlet is connected through a main pipe and processed by post-processing equipment before being transported to various gas equipment in the power plant.

The first phase of the project is equipped with a total of 19 combined low dew point dryers provided by our company. The combination of refrigerated compressed air dryers and adsorption compressed air dryers can maximize the advantages of both. This equipment has been in operation for more than 11 years and its performance is still very stable and reliable in all aspects.

second-phase project

 

As the first power plant in Zhejiang region to apply blast heating equipment, compared with the previously used cold dryers, suction dryers, and combined equipment, the blast heating regeneration adsorption dryer has better performance due to its advanced working principle. The pressure dew point can reach -20 ℃~-40 ℃, which not only meets the quality requirements of compressed air for power plants, but also has high-efficiency energy-saving effects, providing strong guarantee for the efficient operation of power plants.

The secondary pneumatic ash conveying system of the two units in this project is equipped with a total of 5 micro oil screw air compressors. Accompanying it are our company's 5 sets of drum heat regeneration adsorption dryers, which work together with relevant filters to build a complete and efficient gas source treatment system.

In addition, this project is equipped with 5 centrifugal air compressors and 2 oil-free screw air compressors, and our company's 7 compression heat regeneration adsorption dryers and 2 air coolers are synchronously configured for instrument use, maintenance, and internal ash transportation with compressed air. Compared to traditional micro heat, non heat suction dryers, and combination dryers, compression heat regeneration adsorption dryers have better energy efficiency and lower operating costs, which is in line with the national energy-saving and emission reduction policies.
