The SDLF series refrigerated air dryers operate on the principle of cooling and dehumidifying compressed air. The compressed air is forced through the evaporator to exchange heat and cool down, causing the water and oil in the air to condense into liquid form and be discharged out of the system along with the dust particles by the automatic drainer. This method effectively generates dry compressed air.

Principle of working :

The content of water vapor in the compressed air is determined by the temperature of the compressed air: when the pressure of the compressed air is constant, the higher the temperature, the higher the water vapor content; the lower the temperature, the lower the water vapor content. Reducing the temperature of the compressed air reduces the amount of water vapor in the compressed air, and the excess water vapor condenses into liquid, which is then removed to make the compressed air dry. The dryer uses this principle to work. The composition of the refrigeration system consists of four basic components: a refrigeration compressor, condenser,expansion valve, and evaporator. They are connected by pipes to form a closed system, and the refrigerant circulates continuously in the system.
