Product Characteristics

The operation of a water-cooled refrigerated air dryer is relatively simple. The compressor pulls in ambient air, compressing and heating it in the process. The hot, moisture-laden air then flows through a heat exchanger, where it is cooled by a refrigerant before it enters the dryer. The cooled air then passes through a series of filters, removing any remaining contaminants, before exiting the dryer as dry, clean air.
Working Principle
The amount of water vapor in the compressed air is determined by the temperature of the compressed air: under the condition that the pressure of the compressed air is basically unchanged, reducing the temperature of the compressed air can reduce the content of water vapor in the compressed air, and the excess water vapor will condense into liquid.
