Working Principle

The principle of operation of a refrigeration compressed air dryer involves the use of cooling coils and condensation to remove moisture from compressed air. As compressed air enters the dryer, it passes through a heat exchanger where it is cooled by refrigerant. The cooled air then enters a separator unit where moisture condenses into liquid and is drained away. The dry air is further cooled and reheated to prevent downstream condensation. This process enables the production of clean, dry air for industrial applications. Refrigeration compressed air dryers significantly improve compressed air quality, thereby enhancing the reliability and efficiency of pneumatic equipment.
