The compressed air filter first receives wet, oily, and dusty compressed air from the air compressor and directs it into the primary pre-filtration chamber. The airflow first passes through a high-density mesh baffle that slows down air speed and removes large solid particles, rust chips, scale, and heavy impurities through gravity settling and inertial collision. These large contaminants fall into the bottom of the filter housing and are temporarily stored before being drained. This step protects the downstream fine filter elements from being blocked or damaged by coarse particles, ensuring stable filtering efficiency and extending the service life of the main filter core. After primary treatment, the air enters the middle layer for further purification, creating a safe and stable condition for precise filtration in the next stage.
