Product Characteristics
● R22 refrigerant and tube heat exchanger are used for more than 80 cubic meters; the gas-liquid separator adopts a patented three-stage separation method of "direct collision separation, low-speed centrifugal separation and stainless steel wire mesh demisting separation", which will remove 99.9% of the liquid The moisture is separated from the cooled compressed air to prevent the secondary evaporation of moisture and ensure the low dew point quality of the finished gas;
Working Principle
Refrigerated compressed air dryers work by lowering the temperature of compressed air to dew point which causes water vapor to condense into liquid form that can be easily separated from the air stream. The process involves passing hot and moist compressed air through a heat exchanger where it is cooled using refrigerant gas. The cooled air is then passed into a moisture separator where the condensed water droplets are trapped, removing them from the air stream. The dry compressed air is then reheated to about room temperature and sent to its final destination.
The use of refrigerated compressed air dryers has numerous benefits, including increased productivity, reduced equipment maintenance costs, and improved product quality. They are also energy-efficient because they require less energy to operate than desiccant dryers which use heat to regenerate the drying media. Additionally, they require little maintenance as compared to other types of dryers and are easy to install.
