The filter operation initiates with the controlled intake of raw fluid from the upstream pipeline, where a pressure sensor continuously monitors the incoming flow rate to maintain optimal working pressure, preventing excessive pressure from damaging internal components. The fluid first passes through a pre-filter chamber designed to stabilize flow velocity and eliminate sudden pressure fluctuations. During this stage, large, visible solid particles such as debris, sediment, and fibrous impurities are preliminarily intercepted by a coarse mesh baffle, which acts as the first barrier to protect the subsequent precision filter layer. The stabilized fluid then moves evenly toward the main filter medium, ensuring uniform distribution across the filter surface to avoid local overload and extend service life. This step is critical as it reduces the load on the core filtration structure, improves overall filtration efficiency, and prevents premature clogging that could disrupt the entire fluid treatment system.
