Sterilization Grade Filter

This series of products use refined sanitary stainless steel filter housing and PTFE sterilizing filter element. It is widely used in food, beverage, high-end consumer products, biochemical technology. pharmaceuticals, electronics industry and other fields.

Note: Sterilization filter need supporting using SAGL-*ZQ type steam filters. Maximum steam sterilization temperature is 125℃，normal filtration temperature is<80℃.

Sterilization filter is a necessary link in food, beverage, beer, biology, pharmacy and other industries. It is the choice of compressed air sterilization. The shell is made of 304 or 316L stainless steel, and the mirror surface is polished to achieve no parasitic bacteria dead angle.

The filter element of the filter is made of steam sterilized PTFE folding filter element. The filter element has the characteristics of high pressure resistance, high temperature, water drainage and high density. It is mainly composed of the shell of the filter and the filter bag. The filtering process is to clean the filter bag when filtering on the surface of the filter medium. It is a relatively new filter press.

usage method

1. Clean the filter and filter connecting parts, and correctly install the filter element and housing.

2. Before starting, first check whether the booster pump rotates smoothly, whether it is connected tightly, and whether all valves are closed.

3. Before starting the machine, slowly open the liquid inlet valve, and then open the liquid outlet valve for normal filtration.

4. If the filter pressure difference is greater than 0.1Mpa or the flow rate drops significantly, it indicates that most of the filter element aperture has been blocked, and the filter element can be cleaned or replaced.
