Sterilizing Air Filter

This series of products use refined sanitary stainless steel filter housing and PTFE sterilizing filter element. It is widely used in food, beverage, high-end consumer products, biochemical technology. pharmaceuticals, electronics industry and other fields.

Note: Sterilization filter need supporting using SAGL-*ZQ type steam filters. Maximum steam sterilization temperature is 125℃，normal filtration temperature is<80℃.

(1) Types of vacuum filtration Vacuum filtration is applied to various vacuum pumps, mainly divided into the following three categories:

1. Inlet filtration Vacuum pump inlet filtration prevents the entry of liquid, solid particles and potential bacterial contaminants. High quality filter and filter element prevent the rotating parts of the vacuum pump from being damaged and effectively control pollutants. Products include: medical vacuum filtration, vacuum pump inlet protection

2. Internal filtering Internal filtering is generally used in low vacuum situations. These equipment need lubricating oil to lubricate moving parts, such as the scoring pump. The vacuum oil separator is directly installed inside the vacuum pump to efficiently separate the oil in the exhaust. Therefore, all oil mist and fume can be removed. The oil separated from the gas returns to the oil lubrication circulating system of the vacuum pump for reuse, so as to save costs. Products include: vacuum pump oil separator

3. The outlet filter exhaust filter is used for the oil lubricated vacuum pump without an internal oil separator, and also for the vacuum pump with an internal oil content. Efficient activated carbon materials are used to remove the odor in the exhaust and protect the working environment. Products include: exhaust filter, odor filter

The function of the sterilizing filter is to strictly filter bacteria and other pollutants in the vacuum system to protect the vacuum pump and the atmospheric environment.

Medical vacuum sterilizing filter Medical sterilizing filter The medical sterilizing filter filter is made of die-casting aluminum shell and anodized, and the flange filter is made of carbon steel with chemical treatment and polyester spraying. Both shells have good corrosion resistance. The filter housing interface is from 1/2 " to DN150, and the flow covers 12Nm3/h to 660Nm3/h. The structure design is simple, which is convenient for installation and maintenance.

Special filter materials ensure excellent filtration efficiency

The filter element adopts an efficient borosilicate fiber filter layer and an open mesh foam prefilter layer. This structural design provides better filtration efficiency and small differential pressure loss.
