At present, the gas volume under many working conditions is not fixed, but changes all the time. Through the separate work of adsorption and regeneration, the adsorption time can be controlled at will. If the gas volume increases, the adsorption time can increase accordingly. As for heating and cold blowing, they work independently, so after heating and cold blowing, the electric heater and blower will stop and wait for the adsorption work to finish before switching between the two towers. In order to realize the change of adsorption time, the tower body must be enlarged and the adsorbent suitable for the maximum gas flow condition must be filled. In order to save costs, many manufacturers will start from the adsorption dosage, and the tower body will become smaller. This is like buying a blow dryer and using it as a micro heat dryer, making low energy consumption an empty sentence.
