Working principle
Heated blower purge desiccant dryer is used to extract the ambient air, which is heated to regenerate the desiccant in the adsorption tower, so as to avoid the gas consumption loss of the slightly heated regenerative adsorption dryer in the heating stage. In the cold blowing stage, the blower is used for internal circulation, and the gas is cooled after aftercooling. At the same time, because the air blast heat adsorption dryer does not consume gas during heating regeneration, it saves energy to a greater extent.

Why do I need to dry compressed air?
Compressed air is used in all walks of life in the industrial field. What is needed is clean and dry compressed air, which will generate condensate after being compressed by air compressor. Untreated compressed air containing condensate will cause:
Damage and failure of air power equipment;
The quality of laser cutting, electrostatic spraying and other application processes has deteriorated;
The quality of the final product declines;
The compressed air pipeline is rusted, which leads to the leakage of compressed air;
Therefore, the air dryer is very important to protect the production system and process flow of users.
Type and selection of dryer
According to different drying principles and technologies, dryers usually include freezing dryers, adsorption dryers and membrane dryers. When water temperature is lower than 0 ℃, it will change from liquid to solid, that is, it will freeze. Therefore, freezing dryers cannot achieve a drying effect lower than 0 ℃. If the pressure dew point is lower than 0 ℃, adsorption dryers and membrane dryers need to be selected.
Refrigerated dryer: cool the compressed air, reduce the pressure dew point to 3~10 ℃ (different brands of refrigerated dryers have different discharge pressure dew points, and the lower the discharge pressure dew point, the better the performance of the refrigerated dryer), condense the water vapor in the compressed air into liquid water and separate it for discharge, so as to achieve the purpose of drying the compressed air;
Adsorption dryer: when the moist compressed air flows through the adsorbent (usually silica gel, molecular sieve and activated alumina), the water in the air is adsorbed, so the air is dried to obtain dry compressed air with a pressure dew point lower than 0 ℃. According to ISO8753 standard, the product parameters usually include - 20 ℃, - 40 ℃ and - 70 ℃. After the water vapor is adsorbed by the adsorbent, the adsorbent needs to be regenerated regularly to recover its drying capacity. According to the different regeneration methods of the adsorbent, the adsorption dryer can be divided into the following categories:
-Heatless regenerative dryer
-Heating (micro heat) regeneration dryer
-Air blast heat regeneration dryer
-Compression heat regeneration dryer
