Products Description
This heavy-duty refrigerated air dryer is designed for large-scale industrial production lines and high-flow compressed air systems, with a super-large air handling capacity and ultra-stable working performance. It is equipped with a high-power semi-hermetic refrigeration compressor, a multi-stage heat exchange system, and a high-flow automatic drainage device, which can continuously and stably dry a large amount of compressed air without load reduction. The dryer can handle an air flow of up to 100 cubic meters per minute, with a pressure dew point stable at 1–5℃, fully meeting the high requirements of heavy industrial production for dry compressed air. It has a complete safety protection system, including overpressure protection, overheating protection, phase loss protection, and overload protection, to ensure safe operation in harsh working environments. The equipment adopts a vertical integrated structure, which saves installation space and is convenient for pipeline connection. The surface is treated with anti-corrosion and dust-proof processes, and it can operate normally in high-temperature, high-humidity, and high-dust industrial environments. Equipped with a remote monitoring interface, it can realize real-time data transmission and remote control, facilitating centralized management of the production site. It is widely used in petrochemical, steel metallurgy, electric power, textile printing and dyeing, and other large industrial fields.
Working Principle
The amount of water vapor in the compressed air is determined by the temperature of the compressed air: under the condition that the pressure of the compressed air is basically unchanged, reducing the temperature of the compressed air can reduce the content of water vapor in the compressed air, and the excess water vapor will condense into liquid.
