
Compressed Air Desiccant Filter
HC level (HF9 level) Main line filter
Characteristics:
● The first section consists of a removable stainless steel mesh core, which uses centrifugal force to separate solid particles and liquid particles of 10μm or larger.
● In the second section, 3um or larger solid particles and liquid particles are completely filtered by replaceable glass fiber, and the water is brought to the bottom of the filter and discharged by gravity.
● The inner and outer filter elements are corrosion-resistant.
● Residual oil mist content 5PPm.
● Optional accessories: differential pressure gauge.
HT level (HF7 level) Oil mist filter
Characteristics:
Multi layer glass fiber and complete filtration of solid particles and liquid particles of 1μm or larger, with the function of reducing pressure drop
The filtered air from the porous external cylinder flows quickly to the filter outlet.
The inner and outer filter elements are corrosion-resistant.
Residual oil mist content 1PPm.
Optional accessories: differential pressure gauge.

There are many thorny problems in selecting the most suitable material for the desiccant required. Water content, compatibility of refrigerant and lubricating oil, self performance and acid content are all important characteristic parameters. These important characteristic parameters need to be considered when selecting desiccant.
The dryer is often placed on the liquid pipe before the refrigerant passes through the expansion valve to absorb moisture and some solid impurities. The acid content, including organic and inorganic, is not very high on the liquid pipeline, but some do exist, so the dryer must be able to absorb them. However, even if the dryer can absorb most of the moisture in the system, the acidity will remain at a relatively low level. In order to achieve this goal, the dryer needs to have a sufficient moisture absorption capacity. Moisture content refers to the amount of water that can be absorbed by the dryer when the water and moisture in the refrigeration system are kept at a low level.
In order to determine the proper size of the molecular sieve filter, the maximum operating temperature should be known. The dryer should be placed on the liquid line between the outlet of the condenser and the measuring equipment.
