In this workflow, compressed air enters the high-precision filter cartridge area, which is made of multi-layer borosilicate micro-fiber composite material. The filter element can intercept tiny solid dust, metal powder, carbon deposits, and pipeline impurities as small as 0.01 microns. The unique gradient-density structure allows air to pass smoothly while capturing fine particles inside the fiber layer without causing excessive pressure drop. As impurities accumulate on the surface and inside of the filter element, the filter maintains high efficiency and low resistance. This step is critical for precision pneumatic instruments, spraying equipment, and electronic industries, as it prevents valve blockage, cylinder wear, and surface quality defects caused by tiny dust.
