The use of refrigeration dryer is becoming more and more popular in real life. In the process of adjustment, attention should be paid to the temperature change of the refrigeration dryer, which can be judged from the low pressure gauge. Do you know how to carry out the maintenance of the dryer in winter? The following is a brief introduction to the explosion-proof cold dryer, and I hope it can help you.
(1) External maintenance of compressed air refrigerator/dryer: mainly clean the outside of the compressed air refrigerator/dryer regularly. Usually, use a wet cloth to wipe, and then use a dry cloth to wipe. Avoid direct water spray to avoid using electrical components. If they are damaged by water or have poor insulation, do not use volatile oil (such as gasoline) or chemicals (such as thinner) for scrubbing. The casing may fade, deform or lose paint.
(2) Maintenance of automatic drainage: check the drainage condition of automatic drainage every day, and clean the drainage filter screen regularly to prevent blockage and loss of drainage function. Note: Clean the drain pipe with soapy water or detergent. In other words, the use of corrosive reagents such as gasoline, toluene and rosin is strictly prohibited.
(3) If a drain valve is added to the refrigerator/dryer, it must be drained at least twice a day.
(4) In the case of air-cooled condenser, the fin spacing is 2-3 mm, which is easy to be blocked by dust in the air and has poor heat dissipation. Therefore, please use compressed air spray or copper brush to clean regularly.
(5) Maintenance of water-cooled water filter: the main purpose of the water filter is to prevent solid impurities in the cooling water from entering the condenser and affecting the heat exchange. Therefore, the filter should be cleaned regularly to avoid insufficient water circulation and poor heat dissipation.
(6) Internal maintenance of equipment: When the equipment is shut down, it must be vacuumized regularly and internal parts must be cleaned.
(7) Always pay attention to the ventilation of the front, rear, left and right of the equipment, and avoid direct sunlight and all heat sources.
(8) During maintenance, the refrigeration system must be protected to prevent damage.
